Melany Cordier
I’m a potter and have been working with clay for about 8 years since moving to Straddie. I love creating large, functional ceramics for everyday and entertainment use, focussing mainly on slab building with an informal, imperfect effect.
Meredith Coyle
My lamps are created from my love of textiles that I have gathered from across the globe - ikats, indigo, barkcloth, ecodyes, European linens or just plain funky. My joy comes from teaming these with amazing bases.
Gabriel D’Hage-Craig
Gabriel D'Hage-Craig is a Stradbroke Island-based artist whose practice bridges the raw energy of street art and the restless experimentation of digital design.
Sandra Delaney
Dr. Sandra Delaney is a Nunagal, Goenbal Ngugi woman whose arts practice represents a move to pass on language art and culture through stories shared with her Elders.
Hive Studio - Theresa DeGroot & Leone Beckman
From the Bowman Family, makers of Stradbroke Island Organic Honey, comes Hive Studio - a mother-daughter venture of Theresa and Leone, transforming vintage tablecloths and reclaimed textiles into wearable heirlooms. Slow fashion made with intention; the same care and passion in our stitching as in every honey jar.
Shara Delaney
Shara Delaney grew up on Quandamooka country listening to the stories of her Elders. Her paintings are a reflection of her connection to Quandamooka Country.
Elinor Drake
I’ve loved Straddie for many, many years and have lived here since 2004. Living on this precious island beside the beautiful ocean is a privilege and a constant inspiration for my pottery and painting - two of my delights.
Dunwich State School - Hidden Treasures Art Show
The Hidden Treasure Art Show is a community exhibition celebrating creativity, connection, and the joy of giving. Created as a fundraiser for Dunwich State School and generously hosted by the Point Lookout Surf Club, the show brings together local artists, students, families, and visitors to contribute original artworks in a unique anonymous art sale experience.
Alexandra Duffin
I am a 22-year-old mixed media artist and current student at the Queensland College of Art, based in Meanjin. My practice explores colour, texture, and botanical forms through a contemporary feminist lens. Rather than depicting coastal landscapes in a traditional sense, I am drawn to the overlooked details—fragments of flora, shifting textures, and intimate moments that reshape how a place can be seen and felt.
Jo Fay Duncan
Jo Fay Duncan is an artist and curator, and is hosting artist-in-residence Robyn Olsen this year at Soul Lodge studio and gallery. Join us for Nature-Art Retreat, Island Colours exhibition, Artists Talk with Robyn Olsen and Southern Oceans Songlines presentation.

Megan Forward
Megan Forward is an artist, author, illustrator, and writer who weaves together creativity, story, and sustainability with a deep appreciation for the interconnected wonders of the natural world.
