Dr. Sandra Delaney is a Nunagal, Goenbal Ngugi woman whose arts practice represents a move to pass on language art and culture through stories shared with her Elders. Her purpose is to locate herself and her art from a Quandamooka lens.

Sandra sees art and language as an expression and extension of self, therefore her local language has always been an element that Sandra incorporates into her representations.
