Register a Workshop or Event

As part of the Straddie Arts Trail, participating artists are invited to host workshops, demonstrations, artist talks, exhibitions, performances, creative experiences and special events during the Trail.

Workshops and events provide visitors with additional opportunities to engage with artists, learn new skills and experience the creativity of Straddie in a more interactive way.

To help promote your activity, the Straddie Arts Trail will list registered workshops and events on the official website and promote them through our social media channels.

The fee to register a workshop or event is $30 per listing.
Your registration includes:
- Listing on the Straddie Arts Trail website
- Inclusion in the Workshops & Events program
- Promotion through Straddie Arts Trail social media channels
- Exposure to visitors planning their Arts Trail experience
Artists are responsible for managing all bookings, ticket sales and attendee enquiries.
You may choose to manage registrations through:
- Humanitix
- Eventbrite
- TryBooking
- Your own website
- Phone bookings
- Email bookings
Please provide the relevant booking link or contact details when completing the registration form.
The Straddie Arts Trail will not be processing ticket sales or managing bookings on behalf of artists.

- Meet-the-maker sessions
- Children's activities
- Cultural experiences
- Performances
- Openings and special events
- Collaborative activities
When registering your workshop or event, please have the following information ready:
- Event title
- Event description
- Date and time
- Venue/location
- Cost to attend
- Maximum participant numbers
- Suitable age group
- Booking website or contact details
- Promotional image
