Jane Milburn OAM embraces living simply in the beautiful natural environment of North Stradbroke Island alongside her career in rural and slow clothing advocacy. As a play-based immersive artist, she experiments with pottery, natural dyeing, stitching and permaculture gardening. 

Jane's superpower is upcycling and creative reuse of existing resources. She is the author of Slow Clothing: finding meaning in what we wear and will be based at North Stradbroke Island Museum during the 2025 Straddie Arts Trail.
