Mooloomba (Point Lookout) collection
Ian Quiller Orchardson, ca 1952

Ian Orchardson painted this series of works while he was staying at Pearl and Keith Waller’s Headland Chalet in the 1950s. He gave the works to the Wallers, where they were displayed in the dining room for many years. 

 Ian was the son of Scottish artist William Quiller Orchardson (1832-1910), known for his paintings of ships.

 Kindly donated in August 2020 by Gordon Rackley.
