The Silent Blue - Sunday 1st September, 5:30am-6:30am

$0.00
Sold Out

A ritual in essence, taking the form of a gathering of participants listening to a live soundscape journey on the beach , then entering the ocean as the sunrise breaks over the horizon. Apart from the music performed by the sound artist before the actual entering of the sea, it is a silent event. No talking amongst the participants for the entire duration of the workshop. The aim is to curate an experience where the participant is able to unplug from ordinary reality and access and enter a meditative altered state of consciousness, feeling a deep communion with their natural surroundings, the ocean, the greater cosmos and themselves.

Host/Artist: Motherlyght (aka Clara Durbidge )
Age: Participants over 8 years of age - intermediate swimmers. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets: Free
Duration: 1hr
Location: Main Beach, Mulumba (Point Lookout)
