Meet the Artist
Jane Milburn - a textile adventurer
Jane Milburn OAM embraces living simply in the beautiful natural environment of North Stradbroke Island alongside her career in rural and slow clothing advocacy. As a play-based immersive artist, she experiments with pottery, natural dyeing, stitching and permaculture gardening.
Jane is the author of Slow Clothing: finding meaning in what we wear. Her superpower is upcycling and creative reuse of existing resources.
