Paula Boo, Minjerribah/Terrangee Island songbird, weaves her acoustic soul through her music and her art. As a Fibre Artist, Paula uses a variety of traditional and innovative techniques, styles, and materials to create her unique pieces. Paula continues to explore and learn from traditional and contemporary weavers, whom she acknowledges as powerful women and men, always with respect for their ancient art forms.

Paula is inspired by her life’s journey, the beauty and intricacy of the natural environment, community, and her Mothers who have come before her. Born in Canada, Paula has called the Island her home for 34 years.
